It took more than 400,000 LegoTechnic parts to build the unique Lamborghini Sián FKP 37.

On display until October 6 at the Automobili Lamborghini Museum in Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy, the full-size model reproduces the design of the Italian limited-edition sports car on a much larger scale.

More than 154 different types of LEGO bricks have been used to ensure that the model embodies future evolution and reproduces the clear surroundings of the Lamborghini Sián, down to the smallest detail.

According to the LEGO Group’s Senior Vice President of Product and Marketing, Lena Dixen, quoted in a statement, the set’s designers “love challenges, so you can imagine how excited they were when we asked them to work on this model and look at things a little bigger than usual.”

“They took the opportunity to work with the amazing designers and engineers from our production workshop at the Kladno plant in the Czech Republic who built these amazing full-size models, truly testing the limits of what can be done with LEGO Technic. With the creative potential of the system, they did justice to the exceptional design of a LEGO Technic car. Lamborghini Sián FKP 37 LEGO Technic”.

According to the information provided, the model has exactly the same dimensions as the Lamborghini Sián FKP 37, down to the last millimeter: the perfectly proportional hull is encased in hexagonal LEGO Technic pieces that are interconnected and form a shell that exudes energy .

The design pays homage to the six-sided geometry that plays a key role in Lamborghini’s strategy, and recalls the hexagonal taillights and the Italian sports car’s exhaust shape.
