A new rumor suggests that Grand Theft Auto 6 (GTA 6) will be shown on December 3, ahead of The Game Awards 2023 on December 7. This rumor comes from internal meta sources, where a cryptic post has been scheduled for this date. According to SanInPlay, a source with contacts at Meta says there is an agreement on that date.
According to him, Mark Adamson, Vice President of Marketing at Rockstar Games, and Geoff Keighley, CEO of The Game Awards, have a post scheduled to be published on the third day. This particular post is very highly protected, with special encryption to prevent anything from leaking.
Many rumors indicate that the official reveal of GTA 6 will take place at The Game Awards 2023, as Rockstar is one of the companies present at the event.
This new information could point to a pre-announcement or even a teaser to increase hype around the event, as the announcement was already confirmed at the beginning of December.
