The Hilton Vilamoura team has prepared a range of activities for families to celebrate a delicious and fun Easter.

On Sunday, April 9, at the recently renovated Moscada Restaurant, the brunch buffet is full of themed options, which will tantalize even the sweetest palates. Served from 1pm to 3pm, at this brunch, traditional Portuguese flavors are the stars of the varied buffet with a quality stamp from the Hilton Vilamoura kitchen team.

The amazing options created by Chef André Simoes start with a selection of fresh and light salads, ranging from the most traditional salads made with seasonal vegetables, to more creative options, ideal for a light and healthy meal, which include fresh fruits and dried fruits. . Grains like bulgur, edamame, goat cheese, fresh tuna, asparagus, mushrooms and tofu. A wide range of snacks, charcuterie and cheeses is also offered. To start the meal, it is also possible to try the comforting pumpkin cumin soup.

As for hot dishes, Hilton Vilamoura promises to surprise everyone. There will be medallions of grilled chicken with piri piri, and vegetarian options like sautéed Gnocchi with spinach, tomato, chestnuts, and roasted seasonal vegetables. In addition, two dishes are highlighted this year, Moscada’s former libretto: fresh cod baked with cornbread crust and aromatic herbs.
In addition, the popular cooking station will be available in different ways to serve eggs, brush with grilled leg of lamb in mint sauce and suckling pig a la perrada.

To finish off the meal, the selection of desserts is almost endless: from the typical rice pudding to Molotov, passing through regional sweets such as Algarvian Almond Tart and Fig, Almond and Carob Delight, and ending with traditional Easter flavors such as Almond Volare and Chocolate worked. There will also be lemon Crème brûlée, sweet egg braid, orange cake and assorted fruits.

The brunch, available to guests and visitors, costs €50 for adults and €25 for children from 6 to 12 years old. Drinks are included and include a selection of wines, fruit juices, flavored waters, coffee and tea.

To celebrate the Easter spirit and continue to surprise, it will be possible to find three Hilton eggs in different areas of the resort (at Moscada, Cilantro and 7 Seven Spa restaurants) with prizes for the whole family.
