A filling station located on the side of Estrada Nacional 310, in Guardizilla, Guimarães, is being auctioned by the State for a minimum value of €1 million. It has a convenience store, washing and oiling facilities and a service station, but no pumps.
The urban building is located in the place Casal do Pensa, Rua 25 de Abril, included in the urban building matrix under Article 1530 and described in the CRP of Guimarães under File 530 of the Archdiocese of Guardizela.
The minimum amount to enter the auction is €1,003,750.00, which corresponds to the sale of all current assets of the previously described insolvent property. Commercial license is also guaranteed.
On the auction platform it is emphasized that a bidder who bids above the minimum value will have to check the condition of the assets to be acquired, “he must, if he so desires, before making an offer, make sure that they correspond to his expectations and are in the conditions intended”.
After the auction ends, if the value of the best bid is greater than the minimum value, the proposer has five days (after contact) to deposit 20% of the value of the bid. The remaining amount must be deposited within 30 days.
The platform warns that the bidder is obligated to deposit the proposed amount, and it may be possible to confiscate sufficient assets to guarantee the aforementioned amount, as defined by the Code of Civil Procedure.
