French multinational invests €600,000 in a new space in Viana (where it already employs 260 people)

The French multinational company Solutions30 invested around 600,000 euros and yesterday opened a new space in Viana do Castelo.

The space, whose inauguration was attended by the Mayor, Luis Nobre, continues the unit installed in the industrial zone of Neva – Phase II and has an area of ​​​​500 square meters, with a capacity of more than 80 people, and includes various services, such as human resources, accounting, logistics and marketing as well as administration offices.

In Viana do Castelo, the company employs 260 employees.

In a press release issued by the municipality, Luis Nobre considers that this investment “is one of the good examples supported by the incentive scheme in place in the municipality of Viana do Castelo and already renewed and strengthened for 2023”.

Solutions30 Portugal was created in 2018, started in the capital of Alto Minho with an investment of 200 thousand euros, and assumed itself as a strategic center for skill development, with experience in the field of front office, back office and shared services in the region monitoring and supporting the operations of Solution30 Group in Europe.

In 2019, an investment of €350,000 made it possible to expand the facilities in Viana do Castelo, and to date, €3.1 million has been invested nationally.

This French multinational company opened the place in March 2019 in Viana do Castelo with 140 workers. The company acts as a center of competence for the Solutions30 group, centralizing shared services in the areas of human resources, accounting, finance and logistics in Portugal.

In the country, Solutions30 employs 315 people, spread across the axes of Viana do Castelo, Braga, Viseu and Matosinhos, with the aim of continuing employment to enhance existing services and incubate new projects.

S30 Portugal is part of the Solutions30 Group, headquartered in Luxembourg. In the first nine months of this year, the multinational group recorded a turnover of 656.8 million euros. It aims to reach one billion euros in trading volume in the medium term.

Solutions30 offers solutions in the field of 5G, in terms of connected objects, smart grids, smart cities, electric vehicle charging stations and also smart fiber optic networks, whose development is accelerating in Europe.

The group was born in October 2003, under the brand name PC30, in France. Currently headquartered in Luxembourg, being a European leader in technical assistance, with 75,000 daily interventions, in the various sectors of activity in which it operates, it is organized around a network of local technicians. Solutions30 covers France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Benelux, Germany, Poland, Portugal and Spain.

Grupo Solutions 30 has 15,000 employees and is rapidly growing in Portugal. Its average annual growth, since 2015, is more than 40%, having recorded in 2021 an EBITDA of 9.4%.
