Today we will talk about this season and Christmas recipes.

Who among us does not remember the happy moments of Christmas? Whether it’s the rush of gift giving, the shopping for special treats for these celebrations, the hustle of preparing Christmas dinner, or even visits to friends and family’s homes where we share our recipes…. It’s true that times change and food trends change too, that’s why I want to share new recipe ideas with you.

On these festive days, we devote a large part of our time to the kitchen, whether preparing the oldest and most traditional recipes, passed down from generation to generation, or trying new recipes to surprise those we love most. So, I want to show you that we can continue to enjoy the traditional flavors of the season, but with some tricks that will make these recipes even more delicious and nutritious.

This way, we can enjoy these delicious dishes that bring back our memories, but make sure we feel good and take care of ourselves. But, I also want to send you a message that during these festive days it is normal to overeat a little, and that is okay. After all, as I often say, you don’t gain weight from Christmas to New Year’s… but from New Year’s to Christmas!

So, always remember: The focus of the season should not be the food on the table, but the people around the table. The most important thing is to surround yourself with those you love most, and together remember those who have passed and the beautiful memories they left behind. Above all, I hope we never lose this Christmas spirit, which should always be within us all year and all our lives.

For all of this and more, I chose to create a Christmas recipe eBook, so I could also share some recipes from my childhood that still hold true to this day. I hope you enjoy this Christmas eBook, and feel inspired to get into the kitchen and make all these delicious and nutritious recipes. Have a very happy (and delicious) holiday!

I thank you for your interest and remind you: food for every day. And your health? Live well…eat better!

See you next week!
