With 15 years of experience, the person in charge has worked in different fields and in two different countries. a The new Director of Human Resources intends to continue to ensure the personal and professional development of his employees, while enhancing talent attraction and loyalty.
He began his career at Kelly Services where he was a HR Recruitment Consultant for two years. Later, he moved to Belgium where he stayed for four years, after working as a Team Leader and HR Business Partner at Microsoft.
When he returned to Portugal in 2015, he held the position of General Manager at Egor’s company for seven years and was responsible for topics such as business transformation, operations and talent management, managing a multidisciplinary team.
With a Pre-Bologna Certificate and Postgraduate Degree in Strategic Human Resources Management from Institut Universitaire Piaget, Ines Calhabeau also had the opportunity to qualify internationally in Human Resources Management at Federjon.
