Chris Martin stops the car to talk to fans who couldn’t get tickets
The moment happened on Sunday morning, around 2:30 in the morning. The video instantly went viral on social media.
This Sunday, Coldplay’s concert tour in Coimbra ends. In four days there were many exciting stories that conquered the center of the country, from the cerebral palsy punk band that performed at the Estádio da Cidade, to the young Portuguese talent who took to the stage with Chris Martin.
At dawn between Saturday (May 20) and Sunday, Chris Martin starred in another epic episode. At the end of the concert, leaving the stadium, the British artist noticed fans waiting at the ticket office waiting for more tickets to be issued the next day. A situation that happened several times during the weeks leading up to the concerts.

Even though it was 2:30 in the morning, Martin told the driver to stop the car and got out of the car to speak directly to the fans. He was unable to give them a ticket for the final show, however, and thanked them for their efforts, stating that all tickets had already sold out.
