A teenage singer from Bishop's Stortford hopes her song about the Paralympics will inspire young people to support the athletes...
Singer song-writer Shakila Karim will perform the song "Are You All Ready?" in public for the first time at the Hertford Music Festival this weekend.
The 14 year-old says her style has been influenced by Madonna, Mariah Carey and Avril Lavigne.
Shakila also has her sights set on being the first chart topping pop star of Bangladeshi origin.
She's been telling JACK fm: "We've had one huge party with the Olympic Games and it was so good to see so many smiling faces celebrate our athletes' great achievements. It's hard to believe it was over so soon.
We now have even more inspiring people who'll be competing at the Paralympic Games and I hope to create a similar feeling for everyone, looking forward to the Games."
