On-the-spot fines for fly-tipping have been issued more than 110 times in Herts, Beds and Bucks - in the first year of a crackdown.
Nationally, Councils have collected more than £750,000 from people illegally dumping rubbish in the year to May.
56 fixed penalty notices were issued in Luton, 27 in Bedford - there have been another 6 in Welwyn Hatfield and 7 in Hertsmere. For a more indepth look at the number of fines issued, see below.
The report comes after significant cases of dumped rubbish on Gore Lane in Hooks Cross yesterday and Holwell Hyde on Monday.
